How we create and review content

Facts, calculations and first-hand observations are kept separate.

Four kinds of information

Wall Math is published by Danorie, and this page is the standard its content is held to. The site separates manufacturer statements, calculations performed here, first-hand observations and unknowns. A manufacturer statement is quoted and linked. A calculation is shown with its formula so you can repeat it. An unknown is written down as an unknown instead of being filled with a plausible number. Claims of direct testing need test records, and none are implied anywhere on this site.

Sources and their dates

Every product figure used in a guide is stored with its publisher, its URL, the exact sentence it came from, the date it was read and the limits of the figure. That date is the day a person read the source, not the day a script confirmed the page still loads. An automated audit marks a source for review after 60 days and treats it as stale after 90, and the only way to clear the flag is to read the source again.

How software helps

AI-assisted research and drafting are used internally. An assistant is not a substitute for reading the underlying source, and anything it produces is checked against that source before publication. The arithmetic in a guide is run against the same engine the calculators use, and the figures in a worked example are checked on the live page before the guide goes out.

What gets approved

A page ships when it has a reviewed explanation, reproducible examples, stated limitations and a correction path. It does not ship because it reached a word count or scored well on an automated quality check. A guide that cannot say where its numbers came from does not go live.

Diagrams and illustrations

Diagrams are drawn from the same numbers as the text, so a diagram and a table never disagree. The decorative illustrations are made with an image model from my prompts, then chosen and cropped by me; they show scenes, not measurements. Any photograph that appears is one I took.

Errors go to contact@danorie.com, and the corrections policy says what happens next. Reviewed by the operator on 2026-09-28.
