Who publishes Wall Math
Wall Math is published by Danorie, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration no. 586-04-03585), based in Anyang. One person builds the calculators, reads the data sheets behind them and writes the guides, which is why this site is narrow: it does the part of a home project that is arithmetic, and it says where the arithmetic stops.
The readers are in the United States, so the units are the ones sold there: gallons and quarts, square feet, single and double rolls, cartons measured by the square foot. A room measured in Anyang and a room measured in Ohio give the same multiplication. What differs is the size of the container on the shelf, and the container is what these tools are built around.
What this site is for
Wall Math turns room measurements into purchase quantities for interior paint, wallpaper and flooring. A calculation is useful only when its inputs, boundaries and unknowns stay visible, so every result prints the numbers you typed, the formula that ran and the assumptions that applied. The methodology page gives those formulas in longhand, and the worked guides run them by hand before letting the calculator answer.
What it does not do
It does not recommend a product, rank brands or sell anything. It does not assess a subfloor, drywall, wiring, plumbing or building-code compliance, and it cannot see whether your walls are porous or your ceiling has been patched. Coverage and allowance figures in the examples are examples: the label on the container you buy is the source of truth, and where a product decision changes the answer the page says so instead of guessing for you.
How the content is made
Every coverage figure, roll size and carton area quoted here is copied from a manufacturer’s own product page or data sheet, stored with the exact wording and the date it was read, and read again before it ages. Software helps with research and drafting; no claim reaches the site without my review, and no page is approved because it reached a word count. The editorial policy sets out the whole process and the corrections policy covers what happens when it fails.
How the site is paid for
There are no ads and no affiliate links on the site today. If display advertising is added later it will be marked as advertising and kept out of the results area, because an ad must never be mistaken for a number this site calculated. Nobody pays for a mention here, and there is nothing on these pages to buy from me.
